  • Yes, virtual consultations can be carried out all across the UK

  • All new clients will require a consultation prior to treatment as we need to discuss concerns, goals, medical history, skin care routine etc. Time can be allocated for both a consultation and treatment.

  • A deposit will be required to secure your appointment.

    If you are unable to attend your appointment and need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours notice prior.

    If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, this will incur a 50% charge. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not attend your appointment, you will be required to pay 100% of the treatment price.

    We do appreciate that sometimes the unavoidable can happen and we will aim to support during an emergency.

  • Please attend any appointment make up free and in comfortable clothing. We ask that you avoid any retinols or exfoliants, waxing, sun exposure for 7 days prior to your appointment. We also ask that you wait for 14 days after receiving anti-wrinkle injections/dermal fillers.

  • Gift cards are available for collection and valid for 12 months.

  • We will advise when curating your treatment plan. However, every 4 weeks is ideal.

  • A home care routine will be curated for you during your first appointment. Putting in the work at home is very important - this is where 80% of your results will come from.
